Blackwell are seeking to appoint a number of marketing personnel to improve their business profile and to extend our existing contact base within developers, consultants, project managers and public bodies.

The roles will be focused on regional developent unless specific expertise or client relationships dictate otherwise. The target regions include the South West - based near Swindon, The South and East - based near Colchester, the Midlands - based near Bromsgrove and Scotland - based near Falkirk.

The object is to establish a team of two marketing personnel at each regional office, who would be collectively responsible for the marketing tasks including:

• Cold Calling
• Market intelligence searching and follow-up
• Appointment and presentation of organisation
• Preparation of pre-qualification documents or other capability statements
• Organising client entertaining

The marketing teams will be overseen by the Marketing Co-ordinator but working closely with the relevant Regional or Operations Directors.
