Awarded Midland Quarry

Blackwell have been awarded the Midland Quarry scheme, Nuneaton part of the former hard stone quarry which is being developed for residential end use.  The design and construct contract for Redrow Homes includes the reclamation of the site and construction of a 36m high reinforced earth wall. 

 

Advantage West Midlands and Warwickshire County Councils overall development of Midland Quarry will provide workspace, housing, live work units, non food retail, offices and leisure facilities.
