Blackwell and Masterton join forces

Blackwell have expanded their regeneration capabilities by the acquisition of the controlling interest in Masterton Demolition. The venture will enhance Blackwell’s core strengths in earthworks, remediation, ground improvement and civil engineering by enabling them to offer a comprehensive site enabling service.

 

 Masterton Demolition specialise in industrial plant dismantling, technical demolition and asbestos removal within petro-chem refineries, chemical plants, steel mills and other heavy industries, working throughout the UK from their existing offices in Scotland and Northern England.

 

The union with Blackwells will provide southern bases, as well as strengthening their financial, plant and management resources. Masterton will continue to trade as an independent contractor, additionally providing services to the Blackwell Group.

 

Blackwell will expand their operations into by the adoption of the the Falkirk site and plant facilities.
