Awarded Calverton Colliery Tip

Blackwell has secured a contract at Calverton Colliery in Nottinghamshire for The Coal Authority. The storm water balancing pond restoration scheme will reduce the risk of flooding within the tip and surrounding farmland by dewatering and re-profiling. The works will involve earthworks to extend and upgrade the existing balancing pond including associated drainage and civils works.
