Awarded Enabling Works at Ashbourne

Blackwell is to continue working on the former Nestle site at Waterside Park, Ashbourne for client Cedar House Investments Ltd. having secured a second phase for the scheme to develop the former water treatment works area.

 

The contract primarily involving bulk earthworks and primary infrastructure is to commence shortly.  The major mixed use development on the edge of the Town centre will provide Ashbourne with much needed retail, residential, leisure and employment opportunities.
