Training and Development
In the ever changing construction environment it is Blackwell’s policy to ensure continued training and development of our employees. As well as empowering each individual to develop themselves, our company management systems for health and safety, quality and environment ensure staff are fully trained to specified standards.
At present, for example, we are working towards achieving 100% CSCS registration for site staff and management and the introduction of the Incident Injury Free initiative.
Our training plan involves all staff at every level of engagement.
