Role

Provision of assistance in the measurement, valuation and cost control of civil engineering, remediation, earthmoving, geotechnical and public utilities contracts.

Responsibilities Include

·          Check and advise on contract documentation

·          Understand contract requirements

·          Assist with Implementation of   risk and value management systems and cost control procedures

·          Assist with preparation of project financial forecasts

·          Admeasure work done and maintain site records

·          Assist Land Survey team with topographical surveys and   collation of measurement data provided by Land Survey team

·          Assist   with contractual correspondence

·          Assist with Implementation of   change control procedures and contractual notices

·          Assist with identification and valuation of extra and varied works

·          Assist with preparation of interim and final applications for payment

·          Assist with internal valuations and financial reports and forecasts

·          Assist with administration of subcontract accounts

·          Administration of document management system

·          Understand health and safety obligations and requirements
