Project Quantity Surveyor
Role
Provision of assistance in the measurement, valuation and cost control of civil engineering, remediation, earthmoving, geotechnical and public utility contracts.
Responsibilities Include

Understand contract requirements
ยท
Admeasure work done and maintain site records
ยท
Assist Land Survey team with topographical surveys and
collation of measurement data provided by Land Survey team
ยท
Assist
with contractual correspondence
ยท
Assist with Implementation of
change control procedures and contractual notices
ยท
Assist with identification and valuation of extra and varied works
ยท
Assist with preparation of internal and external interim and final valuations
ยท
Assist with administration of subcontract accounts
ยท
Administration of document management system
ยท
Understand health and safety obligations and requirements
