Blackwell Civil Engineering Division has successfully developed from the core business into an independent operating unit with a call on the expertise and resources of the Earthworks, Remediation, Geotechnical and Engineering divisions.

Employing some or all of the combined divisional resources Blackwell Civil Engineering undertakes construction from foundation to structure and the surrounding highway works, new roads, drainage, services, car parks, hard and soft landscaping. This single contractor approach offers savings in time, interface disruption and materials wastage.

During recent years Blackwell civil engineering has built up a team of experienced managers, key tradesmen and reliable suppliers who have successfully worked together to generate a respectable portfolio of completed contracts and satisfied customers. This history has resulted in the achievement as approved contractor status with the various public bodies, blue chip clients and registration with third party organisations such as Constructionline.
